With Laura having been an Agent for actors and creatives, we appreciate the nuances and intricacies of the day-to-day runnings of a Talent Agency. 

We are passionate about alleviating the worries of internal HR matters for Agents to allow them to be the best employers they can be to create a happy and supported workforce. 

 Whilst our work mostly focuses on the Agency, we are also here for any particularly tricky client related employment matters.  

We work closely with Producers and General Managers to provide day-to-day support across employment issues that may arise internally and across their portfolio of productions. 

Our work includes consultancy on complicated people issues and detailed advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures.

We also run workshops for General Managers and Company Managers, covering the key people management responsibilities within their roles.

 We have extensive experience of conducting workplace investigations from an independent and impartial standpoint, ranging from simple disputes, grievances and performance or conduct issues, up to and including high-level, complex situations. 

This allows you, as the employer, to receive an  objective investigation report to inform next steps within your internal process.
