Our work includes consultancy on complicated people issues and detailed advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
We also run workshops for General Managers and Company Managers, covering the key people management responsibilities within their roles.
We have extensive experience of conducting workplace investigations from an independent and impartial standpoint, ranging from simple disputes, grievances and performance or conduct issues, up to and including high-level, complex situations.
This allows you, as the employer, to receive an objective investigation report to inform next steps within your internal process.
